That means faster turnaround on small runs, direct wholesale pricing on quality ranges, and production capability that does not depend on a third-party schedule.

Common questions about branded merchandise.

Can you handle small orders or only large volume?

Both. Some products have minimum order quantities (some embroidered apparel starts at 10-25 units, for example) but we can scope small runs for events, gifting and trial orders. Tell us the quantity and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you handle artwork or do we need to supply it?

Either works. If you have artwork ready in production specification, we can use it. If you have a logo and an idea, our in-house team will create the artwork and supply proofs for approval before production starts.

Can the merch match a campaign you're already running for us?

That's the point. If we're handling your campaign creative as well, the merch is briefed off the same creative. Colours, fonts, photography style, voice - all consistent.

Do you work with eco-friendly or Australian-made suppliers?

Yes. Sustainable materials, recycled fabrics, organic cotton and Australian-made options where available. Tell us if it's a priority and we'll source what fits your brief.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We can. Most clients order for delivery within Australia, but international shipping is available on request. Tell us where it needs to land and we'll quote freight.

What's a realistic budget to make merch effective?

Effective merch is less about budget per unit and more about getting the right product in front of the right people. A small run of high-quality drinkware for top clients can outperform 5,000 cheap pens. Your budget, invested like it's ours - sometimes that's volume, sometimes that's a smaller, sharper drop with better products.
